Konni and Jim Reinker are the principals of this firm.  Together we offer a wide range of services to our clients,   from start-up support to tax preparation. Konni focuses  on accounting services and QuickBooks support, while  Jim provides tax advice, representation, and prepares business and

                        personal tax returns.                                  

Konni Reinker worked as Accounting Manager and Controller in

small  European subsidiaries for 15+ years.

Her experience includes accounting, finance,

logistics, and export/import.

She has extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks. 

        Konni also worked in international banking and        

taught finance at California State University in Northridge.

She holds an MBA in Finance from the University

of Texas at Austin.

She was born in Germany and

speaks German fluently.

Jim Reinker worked in Finance at Lockheed Martin for

 over 20 years. As an Enrolled Agent he can represent

taxpayers in their dealings before the IRS.

Jim graduated from West Point and also holds an

MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Software Support: 

Konni has worked with QuickBooks for fifteen years.

She is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor

for QuickBooks 2008 - 2012, and

has completed her Advanced Certification. 

Konni's hands-on training for clients includes an explanation of what happens behind the scenes of QuickBooks transactions.

You will learn how invoices, bills, cash receipts, etc. translate to your Profit & Loss Statement and to your Balance Sheet.

You will understand the Chart of Accounts, and learn how

to set up new accounts.

You will learn about debits and credits, and how to

make journal entries. 

You will learn how to do bank reconciliations.

You will understand how to read financial reports and  how to modify them to show what is important to your business.
